Choose your membership and add your name to the list. Join before the 25th of the month and your name will be on that month's envelope. Join later, and your first letter will arrive with the next month's post.

The envelope begins its journey.
Letters are carefully prepared and posted by the end of each month. Then they travel across oceans, cities, and seasons to find their way to your door.

A little piece of post arrives
One day, between the bills and the flyers, you'll find something addressed to you. The kettle goes on. The phone goes down. And a new ritual begins.

The woman behind the letters
Hi, I'm Mashi.
I'm an online business coach by trade, a letter writer by nature, a wife, a big sister, a friend, and a woman who has always loved words.
Over the years, I've built businesses, lived in different countries, and started over more than once. Along the way, I've learned that some of life's most meaningful moments happen in the in-between - the seasons of becoming, growing, unravelling, and beginning again.
I've also learned that happiness is often hidden in the little things - a thoughtful conversation, a beautiful café, a postcard from a faraway place, a slow morning, or something special waiting in the mailbox. The little things really do mean an awful lot.
I've always been the person who writes long birthday cards, saves beautiful stationery, and believes that the right words can stay with you for years. Letters from Mashi was born from that love.
Each month, I'll write to you from wherever life and travel have taken me, sharing stories, reflections, observations, and little reminders that I hope find you at exactly the right moment.
Because becoming isn't something we do once. It's something we do again and again, through every season of our lives.
And I hope these letters become one of those little things you look forward to each month.

Before you ask
A few gentle answers
When will I receive my first letter?+
Letters are posted from Amsterdam by the end of each month. Join before the 25th and you'll be included in that month's posting; join later and your first arrives with the following month's post.
For most readers in Europe, letters usually arrive within 1–3 weeks. For readers elsewhere in the world, delivery is typically 2–6 weeks, depending on local postal services.
Part of the charm of snail mail is the anticipation, but if your letter hasn't arrived after six weeks, simply get in touch and we'll make it right.
How long does delivery take?+
Every letter is posted from Amsterdam by the end of the month. From there, arrival depends on your local postal service:

Can I cancel anytime?+
Of course.
You can cancel whenever you like. We simply ask that any changes are made before the 25th of the month, as that's when we close that month's edition and begin preparing the mailing.
No contracts. No hard feelings. Stay for as long as you'd like a letter waiting for you in the mailbox.
